Welcome to The Blueprint! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our coaching services, which are designed to help founders learn how to effectively scale their business. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
Services Description
The Blueprint provides professional coaching services that include, but are not limited to, live coaching sessions, digital content, webinars, and other resources. Our services are intended to teach founders strategies and techniques for using LinkedIn to generate leads, sign clients, improve their branding, and develop effective business growth strategies.
All our programmes require a 2 months minimum commitment.
The first payment is due before the service period begins, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through Stripe via an automatic subscription.
After your 2 month commitment is over, the subscription will continue until you send us a written notice of cancellation (see cancelations).
Limitation of Liability
The Blueprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services, or anything you post publicly or say in a private message on LinkedIn/any other social media platform.
The coaching programme entails use of automation software linked to LinkedIn. The Blueprint will not be liable for any profile restriction, bans, loss of LinkedIn profile due to an improper use of said automations.
Intellectual property
All coaching materials, including but not limited to documents, videos, templates, and written content shared with you via a Notion dashboard or any other platform, are owned or licensed by The Blueprint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the coaching services.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, license, or otherwise exploit any of the materials without prior written consent from The Blueprint.
Any unauthorized use or distribution of these materials will be considered a violation of these Terms and may lead to legal action under the relevant intellectual property legislation. The Blueprint reserves the right to terminate your access to the coaching materials if you are found in breach of this clause.
Cancelations
If you want to cancel after the 2 months minimum, you’re required to give a 7 days notice before the next billing cycle begins so that the Stripe subscription can be turned off.
General Cancelation Policy
The Stripe subscription can only be cancelled after you attend an offboarding call.
After cancelling you will have 7 days to duplicate/transfer any materials from your Notion dashboard to your own space; after that the Notion dashboard will be deleted.
If you fail to notify us about a cancellation 7 days in advance to your next billing cycle no refund will be issued.
A refund is only possible if we fail to pause the subscription in a timely manner.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the services provided by The Blueprint will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, then it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for any such dispute.
No Guarantee of Results
The Blueprint’s coaching services are designed to assist you in achieving your business and marketing goals, but your individual results depend on a variety of factors beyond our control. We make no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience by using our services.
Right to Modify Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. In the event that we make changes, we will notify you by email, by posting a notice on our website, or through other appropriate communication channels. Any such updates or modifications will become effective immediately upon their publication or at a later date as specified in the notice. Your continued use of the services after any changes to these Terms have been posted or communicated constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using our services.
Non-Disparagement
Each party agrees not to publicly disparage, defame, or otherwise speak or write negatively about the other party, including its officers, directors, employees, and services. This obligation applies to any statements made verbally, in writing, or online (including social media), and remains in effect even after the completion or termination of this agreement.
